Lets begin the journey to confidence, in our health and well being.
Lets begin with walking- at least 1 hour three times a week to start, your goal will be to reach 6 times a week for one hour.
Here's a list of what you need to do to begin the journey.
1. Lay out a safe course that meets your current goal.
2. Find the right shoes and support, you should not walk in pain.
3. To start just walk at a steady pace, don't worry about distance.
4. To get the max from your walk, go for 1 hour.
5. Enjoy your walk.
