My Routine

I walk 30 to 35 miles a week, and lift weights 3 times a week for 1 to 2 hours each time, that's a investment of at least 15 hours a week in health and fitness.


 The question I get asked the most is where do you find the time, where do you get an extra 15 hours a week? It wasn't hard, I gave up the most useless thing in my life, that which was stealing count less hours and brain cells.


 I gave up watching TV, at first it was a hard habit to break, but now I don't miss it. Yes I have a full time job, and I read, write and garden, but it is in the walk I find balance and reflection of my thoughts.

 Today was a 6 mile walk in a lite drizzle, it was cool and cloudy and it will be the best part of my day. Come on join in, go for a walk.   LOVE and SALSA   JDen Wilson
